MAKE IT A GREAT DAY
Make it a Great Day...I try to make that my daily motto. The best part about it, is that it usually works. 90% of the time, your day can be as good as you make it. I believe it is called making lemonade out of lemons is it not? Don't get me wrong, you still have the other 10% of the days that just SUCK!! No doubt about it, but it is so important to make the most of each day. Because, you never know what can happen the next day - good or bad. Until you reach tomorrow, today is the best day you have had all week!! Think about that.
In case you did not get this from the name of the site, my name is Ben. I was born in Haiti. Not Hell, I am talking about the island in the Caribbean that is now known as the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere, but I am proud of my heritage. What Inspired Solutions For Life & Keys of Joy?
I have three passions in life that stand out most when it comes to the work world. I love to play guitar and piano; I enjoy working with sound and recording equipment; and I enjoy working with web applications and computers. I also enjoy helping others and some would say that I am good at solving problems. So how can I incorporate all of those talents together in a way that I can make a living and do what I enjoy? Well, I don't have the perfect answer yet, but Solutions For Life is about a great a start as any.
I started with an idea
back in 2004 and came up with the name Ben's Connection. I know, I
know!! That is so original isn't it? Well later on down the
road, I came up with the more professional name of Solutions For Life.
My goal is to have a company that can offer computer support to people
all over the world. However, I don't just want to offer
computer solutions. I would like to offer marketing, web design,
training, and audio services. I am leaning more towards a
Technical company that can offer multiple solutions - hence Solutions
For Life. We will see how that works out.
In the past year, I have been working hard to branch out on new services and bring my dream to fruition. Perseverance is paying off, and I could not have done without the support of awesome friends and family. Thank you for seeing this dream as I see it.
Don't worry, I am not all about work. I actually do have fun every once in a-while. You will find out that I love motorcycles; I enjoy spelunking; I play piano, guitar, and four other instruments. Yes, I work three jobs, but I love to have fun. My latest conquest is learning Ball-Room dancing. I am taking lessons in Smyrna, GA with an AWESOME teacher!!
Bottom line, I have traveled all over Canada, the US and the Caribbean. I have even lived in Guyana, South America for a bit. I am not your typical American.
