Manage IT for small, audio visual company.  This includes managing various IT Projects both internal and external.  Implemented MOSS 2007 and Project Server 2007. Migrated from WSS 3.0 to MOSS2007. Redesigned network rack and server infrastructure. Manage backups through CA Archserve for SharePoint and Symantec Backup Exec for files.  Manage e-mail through Exchange for Sharepoint and Google Apps for users.  Manage Asterisk Phone system with Polycomm VOIP Phones.  Manage Cisco ASA 5505 and Untangle VPN for redundancy and security.  Manage Netgear Access Points through Active Directory RADIUS.  Manage Windows and Linux servers as well as a NAS and SAN for Backup. Challenged with redesigning the network infrastructure for a 4 year business.  Developed IT policies and procedures as well as network drawings and disaster recovery documentation.  Created job descriptions and managed Help Desk staff.  Re-designed the server room and implemented a backup procedure.  Developed and implemented Ilient Help Desk Intranet for tracking IT issues.  Implemented a e-mail and internet management system that supported HIPAA compliance and allowed for content and spam filtering.  Redesigned SonicFirewall setup to meet industry best-practice.  Project manager for the new Database structure.  Implemented WSUS for PC updates as well as local Share Point site for employee collaboration, and increased space utilization.  Developed active forms using Share Point that allowed for adding and removing users from AD by limited administrators.  Used Mange Logs application to poll security and directory settings from AD.  Managed printers with Active Directory, Manage IIS for ASP Application, Manage SQL Reporting 2005. Managed backups with Vertias Backup Exec.  Implemented a Pelco DVR and storage solution to meet company needs.  Migrated SQL 2000 server.  Aided in the successful asset management solution.  Worked with Wonderware and Active Factory to ensure the manufacturing environment remained stable.  Supported users on Tabware, Lotus Notes, Oracle, CITRIX, Access, SQL, SQL Reports, DNS, AD, and WinPak.  Managed WSUS and AVAYA PBX.  Supported and aided in the migration of Lotus Notes users upon acquisition of new company.  Supported various PDA technologies including the ability to synch with GroupWise and Exchange.

Prior to migration assisted in the security trust and directory trust between Novell and Active Directory Domain.  Managed Cisco ASA between three LANs to keep traffic segregated on different production networks, Created a log server to monitor critical AD security events, managed printers and drives with AD VB Script, Used VB ASP Script to allow limited Administrators to Add/Remove AD Objects without jeopardizing AD structure.  Managed Local Share Point site.  Worked with Wonderware IIS Site.  Open LDAP Configuration for non-PC equipment, Cisco WLAN, and Wonderware.  Directory permission configuration between Novell/Groupwise and Active Directory.
